Gardenway serves as a mix-use building that involves approximately 30-person co-working, 20-person temporary accommodation areas, and also a common-use garden.

This 3-storey building has different entrances with different levels. It has a permeable form that provides public interaction.

Gardenway is favorable for sustainability by way of its double-skin polycarbonate facade.
